The Governor is the chief executive of the state whose function is to administer the laws of the state. One of the activities used to accomplish this function is the monitoring of bills being considered for passage by the state legislature. This series consists of Governor Gordon Persons messages to the legislature. The bulk of Persons legislative records are interfiled with his administrative files.
